Moshe was botn in Bucharest, Romania, in 1946. When he was four years old his family immigrated to Israel. He graduated high-school in Naharia. Moshe was known by his many interests – from art and engineering to sports and photographing. He was also known for his highly-developed sense of justice. Moshe couldn’t decide what he wanted to do for a living, so he chosed to study engineering in Haifa.

In 1964 Moshe was drafted to the IDF, as a truck driver. In 1971 he married Rahel. Moshe served as a reserved truck-driver when the Yom-Kippur War broke. He was sent to evacuate the wounded in the battle of Tel-Saki, and was kille din action. Moshe was buried in a cementery in Naharia. .
